THE STUDIO TIMELINE
Processing Each order is meticulously prepared within 1–3 business days. During new collection launches or seasonal events, please allow a short extension as we ensure every detail meets our standards. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
DOMESTIC DESTINATIONS (U.S.)
Standard Delivery Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Complimentary Shipping: Applied to all domestic orders over $39.

Returns: For your convenience, a $5.00 flat-rate return label is available, which will be deducted from your final refund.
INTERNATIONAL: CANADA
We currently offer shipping exclusively to Canada.

Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $150 USD (post-discount) qualify for free standard shipping.

Timeline: Arrival is typically within 6–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Duties & Taxes To ensure a transparent experience, please note the following Canadian import guidelines:

TRANSIT & DELIVERY NOTES
Secure Delivery Once a carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered in the possession of the Muse. Jeauxette is not liable for shipments that are lost or stolen post-delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing:

Allow a 24-hour window, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely.

Support Protocol If a resolution is not reached with the carrier, please contact info@jeauxettebeauty.com within 3 business days. In cases of verified transit issues, Jeauxette will issue Store Credit to ensure you can curate your look without further delay. We do not offer refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping details are precise. Packages returned to the studio due to address errors may incur a reshipping fee to facilitate a second delivery.
