WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN JEAUXETTE NAILS?
We offer two collections, each built with different construction methods:
HANDMADE (J-Studio Artisan Edit)
Each handmade set is built on a high-grade ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) base, then layered by hand.
10 handmade nails ranging sizes from S-L ,with multi-step pro gel polish and structural hard gel, cured under UV light. This artisan process delivers the strength, depth, and C-curve of a salon acrylic set with a hand-painted finish. No two sets are identical.
READY TO WEAR (Essential Edit)
Our Ready to Wear sets are crafted from premium multi-layer gel applied to an ABS base. This process ensures structural integrity and a high-shine printed finish, delivered in a convenient, pre-sized format. Each set comes with 24 to 30 nails across sizes 0 to 9.

ARE JEAUXETTE NAILS SAFE FOR MY NATURAL NAILS?
Yes. When applied and removed correctly, our press-on nails are completely safe for your natural nails. Unlike acrylics and gel salon services, there is no filing down of your nail bed, no UV light exposure, and no harsh chemicals in the application process. The key is always in the removal, never peel. Your natural nails should stay healthy and intact every time.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY SET?
Yes. Jeauxette nails are designed to be refined. You may trim, file, or add personal artistry to match your aesthetic. Our handmade sets in particular are a great canvas for additional nail art.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY FREE?
Yes. Jeauxette Beauty is 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free across all products and formulations.
APPLICATION
HOW DO I APPLY MY JEAUXETTE PRESS-ON NAILS?
For best results, follow these steps:
1. PREP: Start with clean, completely dry nails. Push back your cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface. Wipe each nail with the included alcohol prep pad to remove any oils or residue.
2. SIZE: Select the nail that best fits each finger. It should cover your nail bed fully without overlapping the skin on either side. When in doubt, go up a size and file the edges for a custom fit.
3. APPLY: Brush a thin, even layer of Precision Bond Glue onto your natural nail. Align the press-on from the cuticle down and press firmly from base to tip.
4. HOLD: Press and hold for 30 seconds per nail. Apply firm, even pressure.
5. WAIT: Avoid water for at least one hour after application to allow the bond to fully set.

HOW LONG DO JEAUXETTE PRESS-ON NAILS LAST?
Wear time depends on the adhesive method:
Precision Bond Glue: Up to 2 to 3 weeks with proper studio prep.
Adhesive Tabs: 1 to 2 days. Ideal for events or temporary looks.
The single biggest factor in long wear is nail preparation. Clean, dry, oil-free nails before application will always outlast a rushed prep. The better the prep, the longer the hold.
WILL MY PRESS-ON STAY ON IN THE SHOWER?
Yes. Your nails can handle everyday water exposure including showers. Avoid prolonged soaking such as long baths, hot tubs, or swimming, especially within the first 24 hours of application. For extra staying power, apply a thin layer of clear top coat along the edges where the press-on meets your natural nail after application.
HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE IN A READY TO WEAR SET?
Our Ready to Wear sets include 24 to 30 pre-sized nails so you have options across all ten fingers. To find your size, measure the width of your nail bed at its widest point. The nail should sit flush against your cuticle and cover your nail bed fully without overlapping the skin on the sides. If you are between two sizes, always go with the larger one and gently file the sides for a custom fit.
HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE IN A HANDMADE SET?
Our Handmade set include 10 pre sized nails. To find your size, measure the width of your nail bed at its widest point. The nail should sit flush against your cuticle and cover your nail bed fully without overlapping the skin on the sides. If you are between two sizes, always go with the larger one and gently file the sides for a custom fit. Then match your measurements to our size chart:
XS: Thumb 14mm, Index 10mm, Middle 11mm, Ring 10mm, Pinky 8mm
S: Thumb 15mm, Index 11mm, Middle 12mm, Ring 11mm, Pinky 9mm
M: Thumb 16mm, Index 12mm, Middle 13mm, Ring 12mm, Pinky 10mm
L: Thumb 17mm, Index 13mm, Middle 14mm, Ring 13mm, Pinky 11mm
If you fall between two sizes, always round up. A slightly wider nail can be gently filed at the edges for a precise fit. Going too narrow cannot be corrected.

CARE AND REMOVAL
HOW DO I REMOVE MY PRESS-ON NAILS WITHOUT DAMAGE?
Removal is where most nail damage happens, not the wearing. Never peel, force, or pull against resistance.
Choose the method that suits your nail type:
METHOD 1: PRECISION DISSOLVE PEN (Recommended)
Our Precision Dissolve Pen is the safest and most nail-friendly removal method. Apply the pen around the edges of each nail, allow it to work for a few moments, then gently wiggle and slide the nail off. The formula is designed to break down the adhesive bond while conditioning the nail plate during removal.
METHOD 2: WARM WATER SOAK
Soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water with a few drops of oil for 15 to 20 minutes until the bond naturally releases. Gently wiggle the nail from side to side and slide it off. If it resists, continue soaking. Never force it.
After any removal method, apply Jeauxette Cuticle Oil Elixir to each nail bed and massage gently. The elixir's Pro-Vitamin B5 and Beta-Glucan formula restores moisture, soothes the cuticle, and strengthens the nail plate, keeping your natural nails healthy between sets.

CAN I REUSE MY PRESS-ON NAILS?
Yes. After removal, gently buff the underside of each nail to remove any adhesive residue, then store them in their original case. When reapplying, use a fresh adhesive tab or a small amount of Precision Bond Glue for a clean bond. Proper removal and storage are the key to getting multiple wears from a single set.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NATURAL NAILS BETWEEN SETS?
Give your natural nails time to breathe between applications, ideally a few days. Use this time to nourish them:
Apply Jeauxette Cuticle Oil Elixir daily. A few drops massaged into each nail bed and cuticle softens dry skin, strengthens the nail plate, and improves circulation for a healthy foundation.
Keep nails clean and dry.
Avoid picking or peeling any residue. Use a light nail buffer to smooth the surface if needed. Consistent use of the Cuticle Oil Elixir between sets is the best thing you can do to maintain strong, flexible natural nailslong term.

All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in San Francisco, California.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME?
Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
Domestic Shipping: 2 to 5 business days via USPS.
International: We ship worldwide via DHL. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days after processing.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be sent to your email immediately upon shipment. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Jeauxette Beauty (jo-sette) is not responsible for packages once marked Delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping destination is secure at the time of order. Contact the shipping carrier.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To maintain hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we offer Store Credit for items returned in their original, unopened packaging.
HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging intact. Please contact us at contact@jeauxette.com to begin the process.
WHO COVERS RETURN SHIPPING?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by our studio. We recommend using a tracked service such as USPS First Class for all returns.
