Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify affected customers promptly.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to screen display differences.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order on jeauxettebeauty.com you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, Shopify Payments, and Amazon Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative solution.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in San Francisco, California.

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Domestic shipping: 2 to 5 business days via USPS
  • International shipping: 2 to 3 business days after processing via DHL

A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment. Jeauxette Brand LLC is not responsible for packages once marked as Delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping destination is secure at the time of order.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Jeauxette Brand LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To maintain hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However we offer store credit for items returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging intact. To initiate an exchange please contact us at info@jeauxettebeauty.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by our studio. We recommend using a tracked service such as USPS First Class for all returns.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on jeauxettebeauty.com including but not limited to product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, copy, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Jeauxette Brand LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The Jeauxette Beauty name, logo, and tagline Press-On and Slay™ are proprietary brand assets of Jeauxette Brand LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent from Jeauxette Brand LLC is strictly prohibited.

8. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By subscribing to the Jeauxette Beauty insider list you agree to receive email communications including new arrivals, exclusive offers, beauty content, and brand updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Jeauxette Brand LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Jeauxette Beauty ("Jeauxette Brand LLC", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Jeauxette Brand LLC's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Jeauxette Brand LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers such as cart reminders.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Jeauxette Brand LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
